“As a young child, I was fortunate to spend much of my time outdoors exploring nature.  My father shared his passion and respect for the natural world and wildlife and those values have informed my life journey.  No matter what path I have followed, it has always led me back home to my original truth and source of spirituality: the earth and nature.

 

I hold a BS in Occupational Therapy, and worked in the field for over 10 years.  I went on to study massage therapy and energy healing and became a Myofascial and Massage Therapist and a Reiki Master, and later studied Shamanic healing traditions.

 

A curious seeker at heart, I have explored many ancient spiritual traditions and traveled to sacred sites around the world.  I resonate most with earth-based spirituality and feel a strong connection to the ancient ceremonial traditions of honoring the land, the ancestors, and the natural cycles of the earth and cosmos. 

 

In 2013 I was ordained as a Minister of Walking prayer, through the Center for Sacred Studies; a program focused on cross-cultural  and earth-based traditions.  As a minister of walking prayer, I do not preach from a pulpit, but instead share spiritual wisdom in everyday conversations, make prayer a daily walk, and gather in sacred service in the temple of nature with a congregation of other-than-human beings.
